This website is run by LED Display Mart, a maker of LED video walls and signage in Bengaluru, India.

• Information on the site (descriptions, specifications, photos) is a general guide. Exact specifications, sizes and finishes are confirmed in your quote.
• Please give accurate details when you send a request, and only use your own phone number and email.
• Do not try to break into the owner dashboard, guess other people’s order numbers, overload the site, or send spam through the forms.

• Everything we make is custom to your size, artwork and site. A quote is our offer based on what you told us; it is not an order.
• An order exists only when we confirm it to you (you will see the status “Order confirmed” when you track it). The price on the order is the price we confirmed. If the details you gave were wrong or change (size, site conditions, artwork), we may revise the price or timeline and will tell you before proceeding.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Taxes, transport and installation are included only where the quote says so.

• We may ask for an advance before we start (design, materials or production). The amount and the date it is due are shown on your order.
• The balance is due as agreed in the quote or before delivery or handover, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• This website does not take payments online. We confirm payment on your order after we receive it. If an advance is not received by the due date we may pause the order, and we may send you a reminder.
• The confirmation or receipt we send by email or show under “Invoice” on the tracking page is an order confirmation. Unless it says otherwise it is not a GST tax invoice.

• We will share the artwork or layout for your approval where relevant. Work starts on the approved design.
• Delivery and installation dates are our honest estimates, not guarantees. Delays outside our control (for example supplier delays, weather, access to your site or late approvals) can move them.
• Please check the goods when they are delivered or installed and tell us about any problem promptly.

The warranty on your order (if any) is the one we state on your order and tracking page. You can request service through the support page. A warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wrong power supply, unauthorised repairs, accidents or extreme events, and does not limit rights you have under law.

If you give us logos, artwork, text or photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use them to make your order. Please tell us if you don’t want a finished job photographed for our gallery; we will not show your work publicly without asking first where it identifies your business.

The text, photographs, designs and layout of this website belong to LED Display Mart or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it, but please don’t copy or republish our content or photos without written permission.

We take care with our work, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost business or profit), and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The site links to services such as Google Maps, Google reviews and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you live or work.
