Cookie Policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. This site uses very few, and none for advertising or tracking you across the web.
1. What we use
ldm_cust Cookie
Keeps you signed in to “My orders” after you verify with a one-time code, so the page can show your orders.
Lasts: 30 minutes, or until you sign out · Essential — only set after you verify
ldm_known Cookie
Remembers your email so the quote form can fill in your name, phone and email next time.
Lasts: 90 days · Optional — set only if you tick “Remember my details”
ldm_admin Cookie
Keeps the shop owner signed in to the dashboard. Visitors never receive it.
Lasts: 7 days · Essential — staff only
ldm_review_done Browser storage
Remembers you have already seen the rating pop-up, so we don’t show it again.
Lasts: 30 days · Functional — stays on your device, never sent to us
Intro animation flag Browser storage
Remembers the opening animation has played in this tab, so it doesn’t replay on every page.
Lasts: Until you close the tab · Functional — stays on your device, never sent to us
2. What we don't use
No analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking cookies or pixels. Because of that, and because the only optional cookie is off until you switch it on, we don’t show a cookie banner. If we ever add anything that needs consent, we will ask first.
3. Third-party content
- Google Maps is not loaded until you click “Load map”. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
- Links to WhatsApp and Google reviews open those services in a new tab; they only get data once you use them.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though “My orders” needs its short-lived cookie to stay signed in. To clear the “remember me” cookie sooner, use “Not you? Clear” on the quote form.
More about how we handle your data: Privacy Policy.
